This book traces the creative process of Cécile Le Talec, from the 90s to 2015.

Since the late 80s, Cécile Le Talec had developed his artistic creations around the place that can occupy the sound in space. She uses voice as a real material, plastic and poetic, from which she explores the boundaries that can exist between language, music and space.

During the 2000s, she devoted herself to studying whistling languages, and organizing  expeditions in several countries, such as Mexico (2004), China (2006, 2007) and Russia (2009)  to feed her reflection. She also met phoneticians, linguists, musicians and composers who inspire her for her installations and performances.

The book is itself series of musical instruments and machines, and in 2013 it won the Grand Prix of contemporary tapestry Aubusson (International City of Tapestry) with his work "Panoramic polyphonic".
